RETURNS POLICY

24 Hour Peace of Mind

As per the consumer protection act, consumers have the right to return goods that were not pre-examined prior to delivery. Request for cancellation of the purchase must be done within 24 hours.

Goods can be exchanged for other goods or refunded.

Proof of purchase is required – this could be a receipt, an EFT proof of payment or a credit card statement that identifies the purchase.

Cancellation of purchases or refunds does not apply to items that was on a Sale Promotion.

Us to arrange for a refund or an exchange.  To help us process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible, please provide us with your customer order details that are included in your invoice

90 Day Comfort Exchange Guarantee

In order for this guarantee to become effective, there are certain conditions that we ask you to accept.

The following is important:

  • You must have slept on the mattress for a minimum of seven (30) nights before requesting an exchange. (We encourage this since adjusting to your new mattress can take a few weeks).
  • You are required to purchase a Mattress Protector which must be used on the mattress at all times and this Mattress protector must be purchase from us.
  • We understand that the mattress to be exchanged has been used, so some wear and tear is acceptable.
  • One of our Managers will make an appointment with you to view the mattress and determine that it is not severely damaged or heavily soiled
  • We will arrange a replacement mattress of equivalent size and value with the option of a different feel or a chance to upgrade by simply paying the difference in price.
  • The Comfort Exchange Guarantee is valid for the mattress only and does not extend to the bed base.
  • Should you elect to make an exchange, you will be liable for the new delivery charge.
  • Finally, we will not allow you to be left without a mattress. Your replacement will be delivered and installed by us on the same day that we collect the return.
